My husband booked for a 90 minute massage to be told they are short staffed and he could only get 60 minutes. They rang but didn't leave message so my husband was unaware about the change until he arrived, NOT PROFESSIONAL. The massage started 10 minutes late, and during the massage, the masseuse left the the room during the massage atleast 3 times. NOT PROFESSIONAL. And the massage wasnt extended OR DISCOUNTED because of the late start and interuptions. NOT PROFESSIONAL. MY HUSBAND WILL NOT BE GOING BACK"

Beyond amazing service. Not only did they organise a gift for my mum to come in and have a massage but they went above and beyond to go down the road to buy some flowers on my behalf as I could not see her on her birthday due to living interstate.
