Had a positive experience today. First time replacing my tyres and the job was done very quickly. Offer was very good and I was well informed about the maintenance of my tyres. Place was clean and inviting. Highly recommend and thank you Aravind for the peace of mind :) see you all again.

Great, reliable service from experienced professionals. On a recent visit, they recommended a set of Tyres that matched my original set that was supplied by the manufacturer of my car when it was new. The new set are superior to the originals. Fitting, Alignment, balancing and after-service were without issue. The new tyres were put to the test when another driver drove straight out from a stop sign as I was passing by (pulling in front of me and stopping without warning during peak-hour transit at 60kmph), triggering my anti-collision automatic braking system. Two more similar incidents in wet weather showed I'd selected the right model of tyre for my city driving. In addition to the performance, the competitive pricing and lack of road noise was notable. I've had mixed experiences with other tyre companies in the region so it's nice to know I can count on Nader and Aravind to meet my expectations at Beaurepairs in Castle Hill. Had a team member break down on the way to a job. Michael from Beaurepaires organised a replacement battery within minutes, so I was already blown away by the prompt and friendly service. Great service from Arvind (StoreManager). Able to price match bob jane’s Black Friday deals and was able to fit 4 new tyres and wheel alignment asap.Not too sure about their call centre. Will be dealing directly with the store from now on

My car battery went dead because of lockdown I haven’t driven it in over 3 weeks. I rang beaurepaires to see if they have stock of the battery I needed and the lady on the phone told me my closest store in castle hill had one, told me the price and then got them to hold it for me. When I got to castle hill it was ready to pick up with excellent service and a smile to the price I was quoted (cheaper than online too). Very professional team, keep up the excellent service! Not many places have it anymore and it’s a shame.
