Got a Dpf filter changed but the sensors were never replaced cost almost $3000 for a van. Dropped it of 3 times in a short period and problem was never rectified.Now the new filter is contaminated because the work was not completed. Took it to Ford and got it done properly.The owner is the most arrogant person I have come across. Apparently they provided the service I requested and she can’t give a part refund because she has to pay her employees.Can’t imagine what it’s like to work for her.Be careful

Bought my light truck in to get the brakes repaired. Was ready to be picked up the next morning after giving them no notice! Will be my regular diesal mechanic from now on
