Way above the rest .. that's the customer service I received from John at Aldinga Auto last week. My V8 Holden Caprice had fuel pump problems .. John not only took the GM parts supplier to task on my behalf .. he replaced the faulty part and did not charge me for all the hours of labour to removed and refit the fuel pump (the fuel pump on these vehicles are in the fuel tank) it takes hours to do this. He is the best, good news always travels slowly.. John and Aldinga Auto is the very best. Thank you John.

Took my BA Falcon in for welsh plug replacement which I know can cause problems if bolts are rusted into alloy.They were. Job then took 3 days to complete with an explanation of I can't help it

Had a noise in the front suspension. Spoke to John who provided true Customer Service. Checked totally the front suspension and although not finding anything seriously wrong, his check and tighten was provided free of charge. Friendly Customer Service
