Fantastic experience from start to finish! Website and booking system were super easy to navigate. Staff over the phone and via email were friendly, detailed and responsive! Paul and Dan helped us out with the move, they were extremely respectful of our house/furniture and were just all round great guys! It cost me $600+ to get my items moved from one place to another (under 10min drive) and I could have done a quicker job with hiring a truck and moving all my items my self. I had also advised where the removalists to go to park and it wasn’t even noted on the system I had to check with them and make sure they knew the instructions! when they finally had everything packed and ready to go. I had also advised we had many items and when the removalists came I had to do half the job for them otherwise it would have cost a fortune!!!! It was money not worth spent and I should have done the job myself. I am frustrated with the service that was provided!

The team arrived on time. Very professional and did not stop and completed the work in quick time. Highly recommend if you want a job done with no hassles.

The Holloway guys arrived today to clear out one room and take the contents away for storage, and move the contents of another room into it so that we can get repairs done. Kept us up to date, arrived on time, did a great job. Thanks guys!

Lewis and his team made a potentially stressful day very relaxed, they were very professional throughout our move and handled some old furniture with care. 5***** for an excellent job. We will definitely use Holloways in the future, they provide an excellent service from personalised quotes to top rate movers.

Highly recommended. Excellent customer service from Florence, we underestimated how much we had to move by quite a bit but it was all worked out for us. The Sydney guys and Gold Coast guys were all professional, friendly and quick.

DO NOT recommend this company. Poor communication and even worse we had a number of items 'disappear from storage. Very disappointing. Also damaged TV

Have used Holloway twice in the past few years and both times they were fantastic, the guys were on time, super friendly and took care when loading and unloading our belongings. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
