First time visit for myself and my parents - we were there for covid boosters. It went very smoothly. There were three staff in the room when I got the vaccination. And the woman in charge at the counter was very calm and patient sorting out a mixup between records, where both my Mum & another patient (getting vaccinated on same day) had the same unusual first & last names.

I have attended Coastal Health Medical, Toukley for many years now since it opened.. I have always found all staff members to be polite and helpful on all occasions. Our previous GP (SA) sadly left at the end of 2022 to return to Sydney.However our new GP (AC) is kind, compassionate and extremely thorough. She goes above and beyond in all circumstances.. thank you!!!

My husband was able to get an appointment quickly. The doctor he visited was Dr Varsani who was friendly, thorough and efficient. The administration staff were also friendly and helpful.

The reception staff are amazing. Managing face to face patients and a never stopping ringing phone. Always helpful and smiling.The Drs are wonderful. They take time to listen and genuinely care.

Being a new patient, I was greeted welcomely by the receptionist, she was very nice. I ended up getting an appointment with a lovely young man as I will refer to as doctor Alex. Doctor Alex shows a lot of care and knowledge in what he does. I felt so comfortable with him from the start. He is someone that actually makes time to get to know you better and listens to your concerns. I asked Doctor Alex at the end of my consultation was he going to be my permanent doctor, he replied with a smile, if you want me to. I'm sure if Doctor Alex becomes my permanent doctor I will be very happy. Very good experience.

Great people and great doctor, but I can't get my usual painkiller for my chronic pain. However, alternatives have been suggested. Highly recommended though.

I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful especially Doctor Little. I am so thankful for all his avid attention to my health issues and the great lengths he has gone to provide ongoing support via referrals to appropriate specialists for continuing treatment. I highly recommend this establishment.

Coastal Health Medical Centre - Toukley
Fabulous Doctors but appalling front desk service. They tell you there are no appointments available when you call but if you go to HotDoc app you're able to make an appointment on the same day. Paperwork gets lost and they treat you like you're a nuisance rather than you're a paying customer. It became a private practice but with bad service. I do not recommend this practice, although I've been a customer for years now.
