My Ideal Health
Thankyou so much Dan from My Ideal Health for training me after knee surgery. I suffered for a lot of years before having my procedure and so developed a lot of bad habits, walking lopsided and limping. I had zero muscle tone around my knee and quad and am now building it all back up again to where it should be. I am walking evenly again, my feet, hip and back are better and I look forward to taking holidays where I can get out and about. Dan was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient with me.
