Great boxes. Delivered in the time frame they promised! Did not have to wait around like the other delivery services and the delivery guy was friendly with a joke. Definitely recommend!

Packing in general was smooth, unfortunately one of the employees packed my brand new hat in a box and destroyed it. They offered to fixed it. The really it, being a brand new hat I expected a replacement or a discount for the service…

Rod delivered my box right to my front door (rather than just leaving them in the lobby of my apartment building). He showed me how to best pack a box to avoid breakage and was super polite. Boxes were very strong with good quality wrapping paper, tape and bubble wrap. Boxes can be used again numerous time. Fantastic customer service from Rod. You would be silly not to use this company.

Have used Hire A Box for 4 moves and highly recommend them. Very responsive, quality products efficiently delivered. Really makes the stress of moving just a bit easier. The pickup when you are ready even months after the move, is amazing. They've thought of everything so you won't have to. The package sizes per home size are spot on too.

We loved the experience. Its environment friendly and cost effective. The quality of boxes are lot superior that what you get outside and the instructions are so easy and visual that its meant to get the best out of them. The process to book, top up and return was all so flawless. The icing on the cake was Rod himself. He was a top advisor in the process and I almost always got the boxes within 1 or 2 days. Same with return. Highly recommended

An absolute pleasure to deal with. I live in a university apartment building that couriers often refuse to deliver to because its such a hassle to enter. I contacted Jen, who was lovely and told me that delivering to me would not be an issue and that their delivery driver, Rod, would just call me when he arrived.On the day of delivery, Rod was absolutely incredible. Trolleyed everything up to my room, gave me demos of how best to tape my different boxes, what to pack in which boxes to make the easiest job for the movers, and was just an extremely lovely guy.Cannot recommend Hire A Box enough over any of their courier-using competitors. They're professional, they personally deliver, and their delivery driver's help and expertise was invaluable.Thank you, Rod and Jen!

This is a wonderful service that makes moving easy! I contacted Rod on Saturday and on Monday morning my boxes arrived. Rod was easy to communicate with via text and provided me a window of delivery that was spot on. He even contacted me prior to arrival that he was 10 minutes late, which is negligible, due to traffic. He showed me how to use the tape gun, set up the boxes and was just a lovely person to chat with. He even went the extra mile to provide moving services outside his own and called me to assure me that my movers were a solid choice.I have yet to have him pick up the boxes but he said I can text him the night before and he would be there next day. Highly recommend!

Fabulous service and great boxes delivered super quickRod who delivered our boxes was super helpful and friendly and gave us tip on construction and box labelling that was really useful. He also accommodated some last minute requests from us and reworked his deliveries so he could deliver more boxes quickly.Boxes are great quality - highly recommended :)

I would absolutely use this service again. Rod showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took extra time out of his day to show me the most effective way to pack the boxes and gave some really helpful advice for my overall move including packing and protecting furniture. A great experience and great customer service.
