Very poor dining experience. Ordered pancakes with maple syrup & they don't even come with butter. Apparently this establishment does not stock or use butter! Shocking. Miniscule amount of maple syrup provided, thus pancakes were dry. Verdict: Avoid at all costs and eat elsewhere. Biggest waste ever of $16.50, not even worth $5.50. I'm never, ever returning it was so disappointing. Wait staff were sitting in the dining area for the public & playing on their mobile phones. Very unimpressive.

A regular place to stop for myself and my clients, always greeted with a smile and a friendly chat. If the coffee is wrong they have always remade it happily. (Believe me when I say I can have some very picky coffee drinking clients! So need to keep them happy!Even when very busy still manage to get meals out within 15 mins. PLUS they won't abuse you like COFFEE CLUB @Brookside when there internet is down and orders get backed logged and lost.

The whole morning was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and the staff were so kind and hospitable. 10/10 service and quality. Would definitely recommend for brunch with friends, or dinner with the whole family.

Food was ok. Not something I would recommend to someone else. Ordered pot of tea. English breakfast. Was not EB. The smell and taste was not the same as other Shingle Inns.

U asked for tomato sauce .. it’s ok extra charges..but not $1.40 for a tiny whinny sauce .. sounds like too much ..specially when u paid over $48.00 ..that could have been free tomato sauce ..no cutleries or serviettes served with your order ..sounds like a 2 star ⭐️ service..

Wonderful friendly staff and the food came out in good time too. I've been here several times for breakfast now. The big breakfast is actually big, plenty of bacon and they ask how you want your eggs, ie, hard or soft. Highly recommend.

Food was fine.Staff member made some racially insensitive comments that made the entire experience absolutely terrible.Completely inappropriate and out of nowhere.Won't be returning.
