Kiddo App - Brisbane Babysitting, Nannies, & NDIS Carers

I am a qualified Carer with kiddo for 3 years now.The app is good as it allows families to review our profiles prior to a booking, getting to know us and a name to the face, making it easier on the first meet/ booking.Love the ⭐️ rating and the comments the parents leave for myself as carer.It works both ways as we get to rate the parents and leave a welcoming message.I would definitely recommend the Kiddo to any families looking for a sitter.

The 2 stars is for the easy use of the app. The lack of the remaining stars is because of the following. We booked a babysitter, the booking was accepted. We had conversations back and forth with the babysitter about meeting our daughter beforehand and organised a plan. We purchased tickets for an event and organised this with friends only to receive a cancellation of the booking 7 days later with no explanation. I emailed Kiddo asking why the booking had been cancelled and had to email again to chase a response. I was told they were finding out the reason from the babysitter and would get back to me. I never received a response. To trust a stranger with our daughter was a big deal and it took a lot of research to find someone we would book - for this to then happen. Very disappointed.

Terrific app, easy to use, and lots of well-qualified sitters and nannies available. Our baby sitter Lucy was punctual, friendly, and so good with our son. We were able to text with her during the booking in the app, and have already booked her again.

Kiddo is amazing. It's really simple, convenient and easy to use. I can set it up to suit my availability and have had the pleasure of caring for dozens of families thanks to the app. It has opened a whole new world of being able to make some extra income while enjoying looking after kids. Backed by an attentive team, I have the comfort of a system that supports a secure environment with all participants monitored. Thanks Bec and the team. Keep up the great work.

App is fairly easy to use. Variety of carers for our area and info on each of them available. Our first experience with a babysitter was really positive. Helpful and functional resource for our family. Definitely recommend. Kiddo credit would make a great gift for families/parents.

Have had a great experience using Kiddo. App easy to navigate, cancellation fees very fair if kids fall sick last minute and our babysitter was wonderful. Will def use again.

Booked a babysitter using this app, received the confirmation and replied back to the babysitter and everything from the Kiddo app was confirmed, They even took the late payment fee out of my account.Due to the app issue, I was not able to send anymore message to the babysitter to confirm the arriving time, so contacted the support team which seems to be only one person behind the app with the title of the CEO. Explained the situation to her and mentioned that after confirmation and receiving the confirmation message from babysitter in the App I have booked an event and paid for it for myself and my partner. I even provided screenshot from the App inbox where the confirmation is there, so they can see its been confirmed.The only response I get from the support team aka CEO is , I am unsure

With no family closely, my husband and I very rarely book in a night out together (we recently had our first date night out in 3 years!) We had never used a babysitting service until we booked with Kiddo this month and were thrilled with the level of service we received - starting with being able to read a background on available sitters and choose the one we wanted. Our sitter Savannah was friendly, professional and fantastic with the kids. We will definitely be booking again soon!
