Sean came this morning to fix my washing machine and he was really great. He went to great lengths to make sure the machine was running properly and was kind, courteous, and so helpful and thorough. I was impressed with the service - prompt and very professional, highly recommend him.

Sean fixed my leaky fridge which had a huge build up of ice in the freezer channel and blocked tubes at the back. Water had been leaking for quite some time. His care and thoroughness fixed what was a messy and persistent problem. I was very impressed both with the time he spent and his fee. An honest and nice guy. Thanks so much Sean.

Sean changed the door over on my LG fridge/freezer. Prompt to reply to my phone call, communication with Kara was quick and easy. Didn't have to wait around, as they assured me that Sean would ring beforehand to let me know when he was on his way and he DID...work was completed in a very friendly, professional manner. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful! Sean gave me a few suggestions over the phone to try out before doing a home visit to fix the washing machine. He let me know an approximate time he’d be able to visit and called about ten minutes prior. He quickly worked out the problem and fixed it on the spot in minutes. It was surprisingly affordable and worth every cent. Payment was also easy with a portable EFTPOS. Thank you - it’s great to be able to wash our clothes again!

What's the best thing about Sean's appliance service? Well, its the service he DOESN'T do!I rang Sean because i had a problem with my washing machine. He rang straight back and told me something I should check first, then get back to him if its still a problem. Well, Guess what? Sean's tip on what was wrong was 100% right and I was able to fix the fault myself. No charge!!Thanks heaps, Sean. I will definitely call you first if I have any problems with my appliances down tyhe track!

Sean had high recommendations from other appliance repair companies I contacted but were busy. He quickly responded to my issue and then organised via his office staff an appointment within 3 working days. He called on the day to advise he would be a late due to a difficult prior job. Great customer s service when others would keep you hanging?His work was quick and efficient never stopping whilst I chatted to him about his keen interest in aviation. A nice guy, highly recommended.
