Extremely helpful staff. They explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what my issues were and the work required to fix my macbook pro. Friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. Highly recommend to anyone needing help with their apple product.

They spam us misleading information. We ordered 2019 ratena MacBook for my son high school and we received 2017 and we been told it is hard to replace or refund because it is been opened for less than 30 minutes.

I took my laptop in bc I thought there was an issue with the screen and they were really lovely and helpful and replaced my screen for free but they told me it was an issue with the logic board which was going to cost me about $900 to replace but if I take it to apple the might be able to replace it for free. When I took it to apple they looked at the before an after tests and the logic board wasnt broken until after they replaced my screen and they lied about it so that apple would have to cover the repair, and the issue in the first place was that my battery needed replacing.

I have engaged Winthrop in multiple capacities throughout multiple ICT roles. I am yet to find a better service provider for repairs or sales. Chris Tung is an excellent operator and the service provided is a reflection of his ability to orchestrate.I see previous complaints about courier and repairs not completed that Apple resolve - understand that Winthrop does not choose the courier, the supplier does and of course Apple were able to stretch the repair possibilities - it is their hardware and they aren't under the same restrictions! short sighted comments that should be ignored.

Disappointed.I bought my Mac from Winthrop in 2016 and the battery stopped working (for the second time) in 2022. They told me the model was obsolete, I would have to buy a new one, and directed me to their current stock. I googled the model, it wasn't obsolete and the Apple store replaced the battery free of charge because it had been replaced (by Winthrop) in 2019 .Never going to Winthrop again

Terrible service and no help to my device. Made my way to the store instead of going straight to Apple and was met with rudeness by the lady at the counter who didn’t take a look at my phone before stating that there was nothing she could do. However I went to Apple and they resolved the issue immediately. Can not recommend this place less.

I am very disatisfied with the product and the services this company provide. I bought surface pro 9 with all keyboard and bundle. Within a week timr product found faulty.The surface pro keyboard is dozy and irequested for an immediate solution. These people are notresponding

Unfortunately this company use a courier that can't be relied upon to deliver stuff in a secure manner. The $1600 Macbook I ordered for my daughter was left on my front door step without me being asked to sign for it, even though it says on the box that Signature is required on delivery. I don't know how long it had been there for but I think it's lucky it was'nt stolen. I believe the courier is Toll IPEC Road Express....not a courier I would ever use if I was a business.

Worst service ever, they said it would cost 1.1k to repair my keyboard when there wasn’t any big issue with it and just made me go to apple store instead. Eventually fixed my issue for free at apple perth city
