Excellent pharmacy; I'm very lucky to live locally.All of the staff are personable and attentive. The owner, Kim, is particularly helpful and genuine – he always goes out of his way to check in on my health and wellbeing and I frequently observe him doing the same with others. Thanks, team!

Five stars says it all. This pharmacy can become hectically busy but when staff get to you they are courteous and kind.

Willagee Pharmacy 777 takes customer service to a high level. Our personal experience is that they go out of their way to help as much as possible. Staff are very good at using plain language even when the matter is complex. If there were an award for extreme customer service Willagee Pharmacy 777 would have their name on it in bold letters. Oh, and they smile a lot.

Facilities are nice; but staff act appallingly . I was instantly treated in an extraordinarily condescending manner and assumed to be on Centrelink (well fare) solely on the premise of my some what darker complexion. The noticeably discriminatory young lady I was served by- although I did nothing to make a scene at the time, as that would be sinking to her low levels of conduct- treated me quite poorly; based upon what can only be described as prejudicial attitudes.Personally I can only describe this whole ordeal as an extremely disappointing experience. In this modern day and age I really expect better. At the time I was too worked up and, frankly, terribly P.O'ed to take note of this employees name, but shall I encounter her again I most definitely will.I suggest giving staff a lesson on the modern concept of racial equality, and perhaps some basic manners and customer service.Thank you, good day and apologies for a the contemptuous rant. I'm not usually one to hold a grudge for too long but this is well a founded one. I suggest for anyone like myself whom possesses any kind of ethnic diversity away from the Caucasian should brace themselves for a world of snide comments and derisive looks if entering this facility.I am already sick and miserable if entering any sort of pharmaceutical establishment, unfounded racial discrimination is not at all what I need, want and/or appreciate.1 star ( merely because I suppose in the end I did still obtain my medication, the only due credit this place will receive from me any time soon).Thank you and Good Day.
