What a amazing customer service. I went to buy boots the lady who is wearing spectacles ( I don’t know her name ) such a amazing, she’s extremely polite, helpful and friendly. We need this kind of people for world. Really appreciate staff service.

Very poor service. Walked in and there was a lady standing at the front of the store near the door, she stood there with a snooty look on her face and looked straight past me as I walked in and did not acknowledge me. I browsed in two different sections and was not once acknowledged by any of the staff members or asked if I needed help. They just lost my business.

I recently bought some work pants through this store, I live in QLD, so it was all done remotely. Lorna and Kristy (sorry if that's not spelt correctly!) went above and beyond to track down and post the last pair of those pants left in the country. Thank you for exemplary service :)

Went into the store, walking around the aisles for 10mins but not one staff acknowledged or asked if i needed help only until I called them for help. Went to the cashier to pay, the staff didn't greet, she did grabbed my stuff to scan them while she just keep chatting to other staff and ignore me like i wasn't there. This was so rude and not the customer service everyone's hope to experience. Very very terrible service and won't go there anymore even if I'm so desperate.

Terrible service, took my girlfriend to get work boots and work shirts/pants, the ladies didn't help with anything seemed annoyed when asking for the price of items, or questions about what women's items they had. To top it off they didn't have nearly any stock in for both boots and workwear.

Bought honeywell earmuffs from this shop. Was told at point of sale yes spare parts are available to order. 3months later dogs chewd the pads. The friend that went back to same rsea was told 3m one may fit. Bought home tried to fit but wouldn't. I took them back and was told can't return as have been opened. At the same was told no can't get replacement pads. Have to buy new muffs. Do you think I will spend anything there ever again. Was about to buy new work boots and other kit. Guess I'll buy anywhere else now. They dont back up what they say.
