I placed the order at 13:00 By 16:00 no reply so I rang After a long wait someone told me he will check and I told him I am running a business and don't have time for delays like that. I arrived at Bunnings and called pickup number. He told me he brings items out. 15 min later I called again. No one picked up. I ask a staff member outside to find out because I got a walking disability and did not want to go in. Still no help. I got my walking sticks and made my way in and a staff member had my order in his hand. He told me one item is missing. It was 16:30 and no way off getting part anywhere else.. What a poor performance..

I had a bit of a paint colour situation and Zachery from paint was so understanding and extremely helpful with product knowledge as well. He sorted out my error and provided amazing customer service. Another review to Benny who was on Toolshop register who saw the interaction through to the end of sale. So grateful for their understanding and help today.

It’s really Russian Roulette with Bunnings. Their staff can be the nicest people or can be the most rude and arrogant people you can come across. I have seen them deliberately turn and walk away when I have gone directly to them. I have seen them not even offer you a smile and I say to those people if you don’t like working there, leave.

We met a beautiful young gentleman called Logan who works at Bunnings. He gave my intellectually disabled son some colouring in and pencils. When we came back in the afternoon Logan remembered my sons name and said hello. I appreciate such kindness. Thank you Logan.

My local store. Been going there for over 25years and they never move stock around so it makes getting what you need easy. I am friends with long service staff who always enquire on my will being. Love it.

I just wanted to say what a great service we received at Capalaba Bunnings today. Steve from plumbing section went out of his way to find a three way tap fitting for us which made our day because we have been searching for this product for a while now. We appreciate his effort and service.

I want to compliment Brent (Trade Dept but working all over the shop on the day I visited) for the excellent service he provided me during March. He helped sort out screws and bolts for my grandson's birdcage. It was a sweltering day with a staff shortage, and he had a queue of people waiting for assistance; he kept his cool and dealt with everyone super professionally. Thank you, Brent; the birdcage is looking good, Pineapple, the bird, has a lot more space to fly around the cage and take a weekly bath. I was on holiday in Brisbane for a month from Tessa in Melbourne.
