Today I was lucky and blessed to enjoy a Surrender package with Claire. She is a very talented and skilful therapist and I highly recommend her. Thank you for helping me to 'surrender' to relaxation and pure bliss today, I am so grateful x

I had a great experience at Endota spa with Claire. During the relaxation massage, Claire was very knowledgeable and identified areas of tension and reasons for the pain I was experiencing. I will definitely be returning - highly recommend!

I booked in the surrender package for my husband on Sunday 6th October at Endota Daylesford. Whilst he thoroughly enjoyed the massage and the masseuse was very professional, we were disappointed to be charged the full price $195. This is because, when I booked it, I mentioned the $130 surrender package deal. The lady I spoke to confirmed that it was fine although I booked it for a sunday. I took her word for it and didn't bother to read the terms and conditions online. We went in and had a very relaxing massage. However to my disappointment, I was charged $195 so I explained this to the manager and all she did was show me the information on the website (which was already open probably because they had to prove themselves to other customers). I definitely felt ripped off, which counteracted the stress release from the massage.

I recieved an endota voucher from some friends and booked myself a relaxation massage. The location in Daylesford is central which is great. The biggest downfall is probably the building itself. It felt more like a shop with some rooms out the back, and didn't add much to the overall atmosphere. The waiting area is kind of a walkway so it doesn't feel relaxing, and I think the area could do with a reno, including the courtyard area which us a little bare - not sure if this is already planned. Unlike other places I have been, you get unchanged in the room itself, so it feels a little rushed. Nonetheless I could not fault the service I recieved, the massage was fabulous and It made me feel great. All of the staff I spoke with were friendly and courteous, and I commend them on their service.

A girlfriend and i had a treatment facial and massage and the facial was fantastic but we both felt the therapists didnt want to be in the room the vibe felt rushed and it was a very light touched massage when we listed on the application sheet medium pressure :(

My partner and I experienced the surrender package - massage and facial on Monday (unfortunately we couldn't be in the same room due to social distancing which would've been great to know when we booked). My partner really enjoyed his treatment - his therapist was really good, however mine wasn't as expected. I hoped to walk out feeling relaxed and refreshed and instead my muscles, pain and stress levels felt the same as they did when I walked in. We spent 10 minutes filling out a form where we highlighted any soreness and note how firm we wanted our massages. I mentioned i had knee pain and shoulder pain but these areas were not focused on during the massage. I also ticked medium - firm for the pressure however it was way too soft, I felt awkward saying anything and hoped I would be asked if the pressure was OK but I was never asked any questions throughout the 75 minute treatment. We were also asked how much information we wanted to know during our treatment and I ticked 'some' however I wasn't spoken to at all during the treatment (I was shocked when hot stones (I think?) were put on my body without warning!).During the facial as well I wouldve liked to know what products were being used and I was surprised to learn that there was no spf put on my face - i had to ask at the end of the treatement as i was spending the day outside and didn't bring sunscreen myself, after i said I would like to wear sunscreen i still wasnt offered any. I would've thought nowadays sunscreen was a necessity and a given for the face and I wouldve thought beauty therapists would be the first to know this so it was a really disappointing end to the already disappointing treatment.

My therapist was lovely, however I had grazes left on my feet from the scrubbing and my pedicure was a poor job. Tea was cold and not on at the end of our treatment as we were the last booking of for the day. Overall not an experience I expected from Endota Spa. Also gave my feedback with a follow up email and still waiting a response almost 2 weeks later. Very poor customer service.

I immensely enjoyed my massage and facial! Four years of uni stress was melted away by magical hands (I'm so sorry, I can't remember the name of the lovely lady who looked after me! T_T)Reason why I am only giving four stars out of five is because of two negative points of the place - none of which I believe was caused by staff. 1. I arrived a little earlier to fill out forms and sign waivers etc. but was unable to gain entry to the building as there was no staff manning the front desk and so I was left standing in the cold for ten minutes. Luckily it was just windy and wasn't raining. I did think of waiting inside Frangos and Frangos but that would lead to staff calling/looking for me blah blah.2. I was placed in the first room near the reception desk, and during my relaxing and heavenly massage, there was a loud bang. So someone was opening and closing the gate somewhere and you can hear it clearly. On top of the banging, I could hear cars coming and going in the car park. Maybe the spa should think of installing thicker glass windows? But my overall experience at Endota Spa was lovely! Thank you!

Rang to see if I could make a booking. I was on hold for about 20 mins so while I was on hold I decided to just walk down there to speak to them in person. There was a male worker who was just sitting there doing nothing. Their phone was not ringing even though I was still on hold. I ask any available spots but he was so rude and basically barked that they were fully booked out for the next week. Maybe try answering the phone next time if you’re not actually doing anything.

We recently had a facial experience at Endota Spa in Daylesford and Felicity the beauty therapist was so wonderfully kind, calm and professional as was Michael at reception. They made myself and my partner feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend!
