If I’m going to pay $200 for gel pedicure and nails, I expect them to last. I have an event for NYD and one nail which hasn’t been glued properly is now clean snapped off already WITHIN 45 MINUTES- never has this happened at any other nail salon. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. Also, 2 hours for nails and pedicure when 2 people are doing them at the same time is just not acceptable. I could understand if you were extremely busy, but I had a booking made and no one was waiting around. The fact the lady couldn’t get the nails to stick should have been a red flag as this is what accumulated to the long wait time. Won’t be back.A quality nail salon is Adorable Haus, Port Melb. A tad further out but they do an exceptional job.

We have been in this stylish place for the first time on Saturday the 24 of April. My cousin and I went for a shellac manicure and a shellac pedicure. The ladies at the salon were very nice. At first, they didn’t offered to us a drink as they did to others but one of them realised and engage them to do it. We were super happy with the results but five days later this was the result of one of my nails. I texted them and they offered to fix them but we couldn’t arrange a day and time. I went next day to other salon to take them off and the lady told me that the shellac was still wet under the layers.Although the experience was great and the ladies at the salon were nice and the place was amazing, the results weren’t the best.

Felt compelled to leave a review as these ladies are all so meticulous and lovely. They always do an amazing job- my nails are being well looked after here!

Lovely modern set up. Had a manicure and pedicure. Zoe H is a perfectionist and has great attention to detail. Really nice selection of colours. I’ll be back.

My favorite nail salon in Melbourne, the girls here are so gentle, they took their time providing a exceptional service, it's more like a pampering for yourself. Highly recommended to who wants a high quality and artistic style nails.

Kate gave such attention to detail and care during gel removal/reapplication and manicure. Calming environment with the option of a tea or coffee during the service.

Got my nails done here back in may for my graduation. I had a Groupon and added on the gems for an additional price. They were very meticulous and patient with me choosing the nail decorations!The nails also lasted for well over a month so would definitely go there again.My only complaint would be that the colour wasn’t very even though I think that’s due to the thinness of the nail polish and it’s not very obvious.
