Pandora Jewellery Head Office

Pandora online won't process my order. They have apparently blacklisted me (my mailing address). I can only assume that it happened while overseas a few years ago. I tried to order at the time but the internet was really terrible and kept dropping out. Because of that I didn't realise that my order had gone through quite a number of times instead of just once. Ever since then I have been unable to order, even though I have called to have the problem fixed. I am very unhappy and disappointed to say the least.

27 dec 2022i visited your warringah mall store today to purchase a jewellery box however they were out of stocki was happy to purchase the jewellery box they had on display but they refused to sell the reason they gave me was it would be dirty but it was on display wrapped in celephone paper so i doubt it would be dirty so no purchasei then had to drive a futher 20min to the warriewood store where i was able to purchase the jewellery box i will in future never go back to the warringah mall store the staff at warriewood were very pleasant more than the warringah mall store

I was in the Penrith store two beautiful young ladys Janine and Taemara have the best customer service.Im happy to go back to the Penrith store

I was served by Marni at Warringah Mall today, she is an absolute credit to your company. Her customer service qualities are gold standard. All the staff at Warringah Mall Pandora are amazing. Thank you for hiring such high quality employees who are patient and polite to anyone who enters that store. Well done Marni and team.

On two separate occasions I visited the Westfields Southland store in Vic. ON both occasions not one staff member served or acknowledged me they were too busy chatting amongst themselves therefore I walked out no sale !POOR SERVICE WILL NOT RETURN!

During one week I've been trying to figure out a situation related to an item I got from Pandora and now is broken. Still no one solving the problem, bcs the shop where I got the earnings from is unable to send me the invoice by email (unfortunately I got it at Pandora Australia and now I'm overseas) Unbelievable!

Bad service. Did a click and collect. Took my money went to pick it up my order was wrong store couldn’t help ring this number 35 times 2.40mins still no answer. No call back nothing. Rude bad service

I have never experienced such fabulous customer service. Tracey from Pandora Morayfield store went above and beyond my expectations. Such a pleasure to deal with, I can highly recommend this store.

Purchased a ring Christmas Eve at chadstone after not even 3 days the ring started to tarnish, took it to another store where they gave me a different one as they didn’t have exactly the same in my size. One week later one of the little diamonds on side fell out. Took it back again got a different one as didn’t have my size. It tarnished again after a few days. I know have 2 rings so stackables and guess what the same thing have gone black on edges. I’m not bringing them back again as I’m over the whole thing. I have 2 other pandora rings which I have had for a long time never any issues. You have clearly changed something with your material as I have other friends who have had issues with rings and like me have a lot of other charms etc with no issues. $120 as and I’m annoyed and get ohh that’s strange from all stores I’ve been to. Will not be buying rings again.
