HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYSOne of the best customer service I've ever seen, these guys are professional and knowledgeable, I needed spa controller and they helped me get that sorted just in time for long weekend, they were very helpful and great prices as well. I drove from melton to pick up the parts as I wanted it before the weekend and I'd happily do it again just because their amazing customer service and willingness to help you.

REALLY GOOD SERVICEIn fact Incredible service and support. Have needed parts twice and they have been delivered within a few days. When out of stock they followed us up as promised when they came in. Staff are really helpful in an industry full of ordinary service and guys that can’t get a job anywhere else. Kirralee was fantastic. Give her a raise boss!

Bought a HINRG 400 Astral Pool Heater from them (at a good price). Had it installed by a local plumber who didn't know what he was doing. Alex @ Heater & Spa Parts spoke to the plumber and explained what needed to be done to get it working properly. Am really impressed by them. Highly recommended.
