I've been going to Tam for pedicures and Shellac nails for about 6 months now and can say each time I have been so impressed with her customer service and professionalism. She always remembers how I like my nails shaped which I can't say about other local nail salon staff. Tam and her staff are so friendly, and her salon and equipment is clean and hygienic. Also, she does a very good leg wax. Great job Tam, and I hope you are weathering this Covid lockdown ok, I feel for you. Will be good to get back to you once you can reopen. Many thanks, Eugenie

I do not know what they are rushing for. Booked a mani pedi but some of my nails are not properly cut, I literally have to go home and re-cut my 10 toe nails. Massage is written on the website but did a poorly job, like pressing my hands nonchalantly for 5 seconds and that's it, jumped right next to the other customer. Seriously?

I love Tam's! I recommend to all my friends who in turn also love! I get my nails done every 2 weeks at Tam's and can't recommend them highly enough. Tam and her team make you feel so welcome and no request is an inconvenience. Price wise, the best priced shellac manicure in the area but lasts far longer than a lot of other places in Armadale, South Yarra etc. that I've been to previously. My nails always last at least 2 weeks and could easily go longer (but I hate the grow out).

Newly discovered this little gem around the corner to my house. Tam is not only friendly and extremely professional but she had a personal touch with all her customers.Needless to say the beautiful work she’s done earned me so many compliments on my manicure.Would highly recommend! :)

I started going to Tams when they opened and am always made to feel like a friend, not just a customer. Such wonderful people, amazing service always with a smile (or hug!) and really great nail artistry. Hands down the best nail salon in Melbourne.

Not too busy, efficient, friendly and made my nails a really lovely shape unlike when I have to describe what I want forever to other places who still don’t manage to get it right. Will continue going to Tam’s.

There is something about Tam and her beauty shop that just works. It's right in every way - from the staff through to fantastic quality services. Tam is the only person I will go to for lashes in Melbourne. Her lashes are so good that when people look closely they all agree that you can't tell them apart from my natural lashes. Tam's other services are great too and both Tam and her staff are honest in advising people properly rather than just trying to milk you for your hard earned. If your nail won't cope with certain treatment they'll tell you. If your lashes need time out, they'll tell you. If you ask them for something that will look shocking, they'll tell you. In this way, they are actually really looking after you. On this point, if you are after revolting thick hairy volume lashes then you will need to look elsewhere because Tam is more interested in helping your natural beauty shine on its own merit. Always available, always quality, always lovely to chat with during services. If I had to use some keywords in summary they would be consistency, knowledge, skill, quality and damn good taste in beauty outcomes.
