Best bike shop in Melbourne. I've bought plenty of parts and some bike frames over the years at Saint Cloud. I have had bikes built and serviced here and always had a great experience. I feel like if I bring my commuter bike or my fancy road bike in they are looked after with great expertise and respect.

I have dealt happily with Saint for over 3 years now. They have looked after all my bikes, Roadie/Mtb/TT.All the guys there are absolute legends, all with obvious passions for cycling.Each person I have dealt with has gone above and beyond to help me with small scale diagnostics, through to insurance work, purchasing larger tickets items, as well as general servicing and maintenance.My special mentions go out to Lachie, Victor & Nick, who have all put up with me over the years - haha.Couldn't recommend saint cloud & there awesome showroom anymore.

The boys there slotted me in even they they were booked out for a week. They are the best in the business if you want a full race ready service. Wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere, absolute professionals and highly experienced. Got the superb service and bike is better than what it was brand new. Thanks Lachie n Co.

Melbourne's best bike shop: hands-down!Everyone at Saint Cloud is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Have taken bikes in for services, to swap out parts, for whole bike builds. They are always so willing to assist and provide advice without any pressure. The work is always top-notch.An awesome range of parts and accessories too - feels really curated, rather than being aligned to one particular brand. Online booking is easy, online shopping (click and collect) is great and the prices are as good as anywhere else.

Popped in off the street wanting to look at a TCR, and Adam was super nice and immediately offered a test ride. While I'm still considering my options, have had nothing but good vibes and no pressure from the team. Great service and great store. Even if I don't purchase a bike from here, I will come back for other things to support this local bike shop.

After a trip to Adelaide for the TDU my bike had developed some rattles. Dropped into Saint Cloud to get a disturbing noise in my headset checked and they fixed it on the spot in 5 minutes. Thank you Victor - very friendly and professional service!
