Renee from service helped us get back on the road super fast after we had car trouble on our road trip from VIC to QLD. The mechanics fixed the problem and made sure our car was in a reliable state before we set off again. Excellent customer service from this dealership.

Jarrod from Parts was such an amazing help finding a larger CCA but smaller size battery for the work vehicle. Not only did he find it, in the freezing cold (Thank you Bathurst!) It was installed. Listen up Suzuki Pay rise definitely deserving for your awesome Parts Employee Jarrod. Amazing.

My past experience with Bathurst Suzuki was one of disappointment. Five attempts to rectify an issue under warranty and they still tried to charge for repair on fifth attempt. I gave Bathurst Suzuki a second chance when we went to buy a new car and was told we would have to pay $1000 up front to test drive a car. Needless to say we purchased our new car from another Suzuki dealership. Great vehicles, not so great dealership.
