Dr Rob Thomas is an outstanding psychologist. He specialises in cognitive therapy and has been incredibly helpful over many sessions. I am lucky to have Dr Thomas on my team. Able Minds Clinical Psychology Services
My first visit and sadly only lasted 30 min into the session. I had to leave after being judged and labelled. I was asked why I came to see him? His reply was that of scepticism, disregarding and cold. I thought it would be a place to get support, instead I left feeling sick and even worse than before I visited, when I got home I had to take extra anti depressants and anti anxiety pills. The last thing I needed while sharing my vulnerabilities was being hit by judgemental and reinforcing cruel negative labelling. Especially from a psychologist.
