Today was a huge day for me, so I got up early as my new machine was arriving this morning.We were greeted by Anthony who had a great big morning and how are you guys today.Anthony did the setup and a ran through what I needed to know to start sewing. I have meet many people throughout my life and I was pleased to deal with this company.Ashley was so helpful as I asked many questions to see which way I should go and what to buy to help me with quicker sewing and helping me with thoughts and ideas.It’s NOT my policy to recommend business but I have no worries letting all you sewers out their what a great company SMA is to deal with.Their policy is what the problem we are always a phone call away.A1 dealer

SMA have helped me so much with setting up and getting parts for my industrial sewing machine and recommended the ‘Ho Hsing’ G60 servo motor, which has been an absolute game changer! Anthony, Ashley & Carol have all been really friendly and helpful. Ordering and shipping was fast and the phone support has been great.I can highly recommend SMA!

I recently purchased an upholstery machine from SMA. I could not be happier with the customer service & the quality of the machine. Because I live in a different state, they FaceTimed me & helped me decide on the best machine for my purpose. Once the machine arrived they FaceTimed me again to help me set it up. The set up was very easy & I have been happily sewing since. I really am most impressed with my machine & with SMA. I could not recommend this business more highly. They really are a cut above the rest.

I had an issue with my new machine on Saturday Night, I sent an email hoping I may get a call on Monday to sort it out. To my surprise, Ashley face timed me on Sunday and walked me through my issue (rookie operator error) and had me sorted in 10 minutes. Then he followed up on Monday to make sure I was still good. I purchased a GC0323 machine from SMA in June last year and it is AWESOME!I make leather and vinyl handbags as a hobby and this machine just powers on through multiple layers without ever missing a beat...and my top stitching is spot on!I must also say that the after sales service I have received from the team at SMA has been above and beyond and I live over 3 hours from the business.Not only are they helpful but I feel I have been well educated by the team and I know more about this machine than I have about any machine I have owned or operated in 30 plus years of creating..I 100% recommend this company

I am a hobby bagmaker and was recommended to talk to Sewing Machines Australia about which industrial machine would suit my needs. Ashley was so helpful and patient with my questions and helped me select the perfect machine. The delivery person was also incredibly helpful and did a great installation and tutorial. When I was unsure about accessories a few months on, Ashley was again able to help me out very quickly. They are very knowledgeable and professional, the machine itself is very powerful and working smoothly and I would highly recommend.
