Best decision was joining this gym 6 months ago not only has my fitness improved drastically but my body has also changed just as much. The variety of class and the programming just works, well done to the creators. The couches have your back and are so welcoming, knowledgeable and they actually care about each individual. BFT Devonport has the best vibe which just keeps making you want more, I’ve also made so many new friends along the way who are just as supportive.

Highly recommend! The variety of classes is well thought out, and keeps it interesting. The trainers are the perfect mix and knowledgeable and fun!
