Magic Hands Massage

Requested a whole body, only massaged the back of my body, missed glutes, hands, feet and the WHOLE front of my body, and when I queried them I was argued with about what a whole body massage includes. I was told that even though the massage went for an hour, there was not enough time to do the rest of what I had asked about. As a massage therapist offering a full body massage, it's your duty to give a WHOLE body massage in the space of an hour! Still had to pay full price even though I did not receive what I asked for. Spend your money elsewhere.

I paid $75 upfront for 30min neck shoulder and head massage and 30min foot reflexology. It was a terrible experience, the masseuse was clearly uncertified and I doubt even trained. My arms were nearly pulled out of the socket. No understanding of pressure points on the feet at all, in fact circling around the ankle and shaking the feet. I couldn't wait for it to end. I gave my feedback to the girl on the desk upon leaving. She got the Manager who gave me a card with his name and told me to ask for him next time. I informed him there won't be a next time. The poor masseuse chased after me and asked how he could do better next time. I told him to request more training from his employer.Don't waste your money!!

I think his name is jack but the older man in this store is masterful in his massage! Really cares about helping with your pain and knows what he is doing to relieve it!

These guys are phenomenal. They're consistently good. Don't listen to negative reviews. They're incredible massage therapists and they know what they're doing. Exceptional. 5 stars

I need to give a review here as I feel the previous reviews aren't doing this place any justice. I've been coming here for over a year now and whoever I get a massage with is always great. I suffer from tension headaches and migraines and am quite demanding when it comes to massages. I've often struggled with getting massages that are firm enough. This place is great and they do it for a good price.

The most amazing service. I didn’t even explain to jack my extreme paid in one side of my lower back. But he found it and relieve the agonising pain. I will be going regularly as the service was amazing

I thought i would try a new massage place from my usual spot..what a big mistake. Rooms are tiny , staff are talking chinese loudly in reception , was not a relaxing experience. The massager felt like she was untrained and not sure what to do just pretty much up and down with palms. I left $10 and walked out after 10 minutes should have left nothing.

My husband received a massage voucher for Fathers' Day and had his massage today. The following are his comments:It was was one the most pathetic massages I have ever had! The lady had obviously undertaken no training let alone held any sort of qualification. My 5 year old grandson could have done a better job. There seems to be a lot of similar feedback for this establishment and they don't deserve to be in business. Don't waste your money going there"."

I am trying to find a ombudsman to report this place to. I was treated so roughly and he has left me in a lot of pain. I should have left when I arrived, the shop smelt of food and the rooms were very dark, the tables were not clean. One of the staff had a mobile going off the majority of the time. He was putting all his weight on me I felt like I was choking. At the end he stretched out my upper back and something popped. I have been in pain 6 hours. Worst massage ever. Would not recommend.

When she first came in I told her I had sore glutes an quads but with a full body massage was not turned onto my back and as such my quads shoulders and pecs got nothing. I told her when finished and when paying but I think no understand is the problem butshe didn't ask for more explanation just took the money as if I said nothing. Been going for years and has been ok but gone down hill now, Won't go back.
