The photos are clear. The parcels are left in a safe place out of weather. I have always received multiple photos - parcels, where they are left and of the house they were delivered too. It is a great service, and I will be using Amazon more often with Dragonfly shipping!

Ordered from Amazon and order was marked as delivered with a signature - photo of the signature wasn't mine and I was home all day in my tiny unit with the door open and doorbell camera didn't pick up anything, even went down and checked the mailbox and the garage, nothing!10mins later I called the call centre - Candice was very friendly and supportive and contacted the driver who said that he delivered it and even talked to me and left it near the front door which definitely didn't happen. Candice said she was going to mark the package as lost and guess who showed up at the door while I was still on the phone - a very sheepish delivery guy!Candice was great - delivery service was not!

Package delivered to totally different suburb. Tried ringing customer service and they advised that time for driver was set out at the end of the delivery run to recollect my package and re-deliver it to the right address. Was promised an update. Rang against at 6pm. Driver was no longer doing deliveries and no one updated me. I even told them where they left the package. Looks like I’m going to have to go collect it myself. Horrible first impression dealing with this company.

These guys are next level incompetent and straight out lie about delivery…”failed delivery attempt at 2.49pm” - mate, I was standing on my driveway…there was no attempt to deliver. 3 days later I’m still waiting.I called Amazon and have had this mob removed from doing ANY further deliveries to my address. They ought to be embarrassed and should find something else to do, deliveries clearly aren’t what they should be doing.In one word…PATHETIC.

They deserve no stars such a disorganised service trying to deliver to a business 3 days in a row outside my business hours without ANY notification I think I prefer an Amazon refund knowing my parcel will be driving around in a truck for days on end going to no man’s land and they don’t really care to work with you, notify you or deliver at a godly hour. Kinda makes you NOT want your purchased item from Amazon knowing it’s been violated on a daily basis !!! EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE !They must have an automated reply because I already sent an email to them after writing the review OF HOW INCOMPETENT THEY ARE!

Ordered my headphones on the 25/01, received the parcel on the 28/01. Drivers are always polite when delivering to my home, coming up the stairs and leaving the parcel in front of my home door! I appreciate the driver's that put in the WORK to deliver these parcels as best as they can.

Never had an issue with this company or Amazon for that matter until we moved out of town. We've ordered heaps from Amazon in the past with dragonfly delivering without any issues. We've moved out of town a month ago, in the last week 4 orders are undeliverable, because clearly the driver can't be bothered delivering. Not saying every delivery is done by the same driver, I actually believe it's not the case as between those orders 1 was delivered. I've made my complaint with Amazon. Hopefully they will no longer use you as a delivery service, because you don't actually deliver unless it suits you. (Which ever driver you have working around the area, only 10 minutes away from town).

I live in a gated complex. The front door has direct access from the street (outside the complex), and the garage door is located at the rear, inside the complex. The package was dropped off at the garage door. Thank you for making the extra effort to drop the package at the rear where it is more secure. Notification of delivery was almost instantaneous, and I was able to check both front and locations. Two thumbs up!!
