Daylight robbery! Had Daniel out who, while was nice and professional the staff are trained more to do a sales pitch rather fix the issue. Had them come out to unblock a toilet, was quoted $656, just for step one to complete a jet clean depending on the outcome the cost might go up. He would not have been able to do the jet clean as the IP outlet for the toilet didn't exist. If had chosen this, he would have charged me for the Jet clean that clearly wouldn't have worked so I would have been charged who knows what to remove the toilet, get a new one and who knows about the blockage.The best bit was after telling the cost of the jet clean, he then wiped out a membership package that was going to cost me $149 and the quote would have then reduced to $550.Get quotes over the phone people, I was still slugged $49.00 for a 5min conversation.

very poor business ethics charging for their own mistakes... and over charging for a simple job that doesn't require gold plated piping to be installed. highly trained" is a joke and I think some of the workers can't even turn a tap on properly. had no issues with knocking before hot water service install now its non stop and want to charge to "replace" something that is probably faulty again.... think dodgy brothers plumbing would do better than that. :')"

Jared spent at least a good hour with me, thoroughly examining the dodgy work that was done by my previous builder, and offering me excellent advice. He also ran his camera right through my brand new sewer pipes to the front of the house. A good 20 meters plus! So he could examine carefully what the previous plumber, who installed the pipe had done, and to see if it was up to the latest regulations and standards. He also used a simple plunger, and managed to unlock the drain, without the need to use a fancy jet blaster which plumbers generally charge huge money for, and explain what the likely problem was. He then charged me $50 for his efforts. I gave him $100! He was/is a freakin Legend!! Thank you Jared!

Website said from $79, but they wouldn't quote over the phone. So we got them out and they still didn't provide a quote before they did the work. They used a camera to find the blockage and a jet to clear it. An hour later, we got given an invoice for the quoted" amount of $440 . Yes

We asked them to help to install a new water heater for us.They quoted $3500 (for Rheem 20L 50° Natural Continuous Flow Gas Hot Water) including installation.We trusted him and signed and paid $1500 as deposit.After 8 mins i received another quote same details by $2100 and I requested him to cancel my order, Technician was in our house yet and I requested to cancel and refund my moneyHe charged me $350 for cancelation!!! and for nothing.As a local business we never make money by this way.I called their office why the money is not refunded yet and she was rude and hanged up the phone.I'm not recommending them at all.My invoice number: 22797

I signed up and paid $154.00 to PlumbFirst for a membership which seemed attractive because they assured me I would get priority service and no call out fee. Subsequently, I booked them for a small plumbing job and waited on the appointed time for about four hours. They didn't show up and didn't offer any excuses. I rang them the next day and told them that I was dissatisfied with their service and asked for a refund of my $154.00. Two weeks later I am still waiting.My experience has been very disappointing and I would not recommend joining their service as a member. In my opinion I am better off using a local plumber and paying by the hour with no call-out fee, which I did - and he turned up on time and charged a reasonable price.

Plumber was nearly an hour late, but still charged call out fee despite $100 on time promise.Quoted $721 to clear a blocked drain. (The $77 to clear drain quoted on website was not applicable to me). The next plumber I had out quoted $150 and completed the same work quoted, in an hour.

Had them come out for a quote to replace my old gas storage with an instant system. Basically told me it was too hard a job and would cost over $5000 for piping alone, only for them to try push me to replace my current storage system for $3000! He didn’t even look at what actually needed to be done. Got another quote for $2500 for piping + Install + electrical with precise plumbing. Absolute rip off quote from these guys, preying on those who won’t know better to get a second opinion.
