FORRESTFIELD DENTIST

I had a broken tooth that desperately needed to be pulled. They were able to squeeze me in and got it done. All the staff were incredibly friendly and did an amazing job.

Actually disgusting service simply put.Had an emergency appointment booked for 12pm today, for them to ring back and cancel appointment after we cancelled later appointments at other dentists to attend this one quicker as my son is in pain. We rang back querying why the appointment was cancelled, to get a response that the dentist was running late. All we said on the phone was why would you accept the appointment, to then cancel it, on a Sunday. Receptionist (who was hard enough to understand) laughed when we said my son was in pain and said quote What do you want to do about it? Fight?" She also refused to establish any sort of contact with the supposedly late dentist and dropped contact (put us on hold) every 10 seconds. Customer skills 0

We waited over 1 &1/2 hr for the dentist to arrive just to be told that nothing can be done.They weren't even going to try due to the child being hesitant they just said no they can't do it.

Don't believe that negative review at all. I think they a bit emotional both my daughter and I visit forrestfiked dentist I'm fifo so I get limited time Russell and the team are excellent. I hadn't been to the dentist for 30 years and was really scared going thinking of the cost etc but they looked after me with costing and the worry of my teeth.. highly recommended

Very Friendly service. Felt well looked after. Dr Zareena and her team seemed to be very professionally with great knowledge and explained everything well. I love them and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Can't understand a word the receptionist was saying, he broken English was shocking. I had to bid her a good day as I couldn't understand anything.

Went in without a appointment, everyone was so kind, went in for my consult had 2 scans and the female dentist said I might have to go to specialist. Now I didn't want to wait, the tooth was too painful, and she made a call to her college and said they could do it then and now, I was blown away on how good they were. I might be in pain for now but i have my smile back.Thank you to everyone at forrestfield dentist

Dr Zareena is amazing! I had a very negative experience at a previous dentist and had refused to go back which had left me in a fair bit of pain. The practice was able to fit me in on a Sunday morning and Dr Zareena was able to save my tooth and take my pain away. She was gentle and kind and provided reassurance the whole way. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Bright and modern. Soothing music in the background and a caring yet gentle dentist who is also non-judgemental. My painful infected tooth required an emergency appointment for antibiotics and even though I had never been there before, Dr Zaheena just fitted me in. A second visit has seen the problem tooth removed and again I was met with the same caring concern. I highlyrecommend this practice and I will be going back for any future dental work I may require.
