Alexandria Retreat

Tranquility and beauty just outside Noosa.We stayed here for 2 nights and had the pool view room. We loved it! Ideal location for a romantic getaway.The two course breakfast served every morning, outlooking the valley, was delicious.As the retreat only has two rooms, it is quite exclusive and you have a lot of privacy.Paul, the owner and host, made us feel at home from the start!Not an issue for us, but there is no airconditioning. Yet, there are options to ventilate the room and there is a fan in the room.Strongly recommend!

The Alexandria Retreat along with the service provided was exceptional. Paul truely went above and beyond and Shaun was so friendly and welcoming upon arrival.I originally booked in the busy December period, however with boarder restrictions our stay didn’t go as planned and Paul was kind enough to rebook our stay, show us around Noosa and accommodate our needs. I already miss the amazing garden views and gourmet breakfast.Thank you for the memorable experience Paul & Shaun!

We had a short notice night away and it was just perfect at Alexandria Retreat! Thank you to our hosts were who was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was so comfortable and even though its winter we went for a swim in the beautiful pool. The breakfast was amazing and the dinner recommendations from Paul worked out well so a big thank you from us and we will tell our friends and family to book with you!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Paul was an incredible host as well as the meals he provided at breakfast. Was super clean not far from Noosa when driving. The house is seriously so beautiful with loads of natural light & great views!Would stay again.Thank you Paul for having us!

Thank you PaulIt’s a beautiful place to stay for a weekend and enjoy the view.Breakfast was amazing and Paul takes care and pride in what he does.The rooms are seperate of each other but if you don’t like getting up early you may prefer the pool view room as the garden view room is pretty close to the breakfast table.Thank you and hope to see you again.

We spent a remarkable Australia Day weekend at Alexandria Retreat.Paul was an amazing host, very welcoming and happy to assist. We are grateful for an early check in and a later check out.We were terribly sorry to miss two of the included breakfast due to our tours schedule as Paul is an excellent cook and our brekky was outstanding!The view from our room (we had the pool view room) was breathtaking overlooking the Noosa Headlands. Once we have spotted a kangaroo in the backyard!The pool is super clean and water was warm. Paul also offered the beach towels and even helped to do some urgent washing (avoid rainbow lorikeets flocks))).Some little remarks. The bed was a little too soft to our preferences. And drive up to the parking with care as there is a steep entrance.Thank you Paul for our fantastic weekend away! We will definitely come back!

There was a power outage second night we were there so had troubles with the toilet and water but they were very accommodating. Breakfast was AMAZING. The pool was a bit dirty during our visit but can’t blame them with the poor weather a day before our arrival. Paul was very friendly and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay
