The staff came knocking and when the door was not answered, sped out of the driveway, over garden light and Christmas lights. Tyre mark left in driveway.Sent photos to company, not returning emails.Stay away and protect your property

Was supposed to have someone out 03/03/23 to install fan seals and have someone out 04/03/23 installing door seals and vent caps. No one showed up on both days and have wasted an entire Saturday because of this, very disappointed

Our two shower heads were exchanged for ones which use much less water - saving us money and saving precious water. The tradie who fitted them was polite and friendly. Very satisfied with the service.

After repeated phone calls from this company I booked to have a fan vent installed and waiting at home for the installer to arrive for 3 hours - no one arrived, this happened on 3 separate occasions. The second and 3rd time I was promised a specific time 9 am only to get a call at 10.30 to say sorry held up.Totally unprofessional and would never have any dealings with or recommend them to anyone. .

A guy came and knocked on my door the other day, touting energy saving devices through the VEU. I checked his ID and after listening to his spiel, hesitantly let him in.He'd asked how many vents I have, to which I replied 7, before I even agreed to the service. He had covers in his hand when I let him inside.He had no ladder, so I had to provide him with a stool to stand on, and was very worried for his safety, as some vents were in carpeted rooms, and the stool is by no means steady, even at the best of times.He installed 7 vent covers, taking multiple before-and-after pictures of each.Then, received a call from his boss"

I was impressed with the speed and quality of the “energy-saving” upgrade installation.Our two showers head was replaced with high-quality, and efficient one.Our front door was sealed, and Emerald products “fan seal” has been installed on our three exhaust fans.Thanks to Emerald and Opt Energy.

These assh@les have continued calling on a daily basis, multiple times. I keep booking appointments and not showing up - and they keep calling to make appointments. Not sure if they will ever work out that I'm not interested in their cr@p, and never will be.
