I have alopecia no eyebrows after 40 years of drawing them on I have a natural look willow was amazing only done today have the healing to go through but I am absolutely thrilled would recommend this business to anyone like me who is wary of getting this done

I was so nervous to get my brows done. I had a misconception that it would be extremely painful and I'd be walking out with huge anchovies on my face!! It was quite the opposite in fact. Willows calm and gentle nature made me feel very welcome and confident. My eyebrows were drawn up so I could see them before they were done, the procedure was almost painless and even though it was only done today and its a bit red still I love them!!If you grew up in the 90's and plucked your eyebrows to death go and see Willow to fill in all the patchy gaps!!

I was so impressed how easy it was to book. The whole customer experience journey was amazing. Great atmosphere and tunes, I was relaxed the whole time. I loved the take home package and love love love my eyebrows and the Brows by willow" branding. I'm amazed at this experience in Port Macquarie. You're a gem Willow!!!"

Everything about this place is perfect! As soon as you walk in you greeted by the nice ladies and the shop itself is so nicely decorated and designed, you feel relaxed the second you walk in! My facial was to die for, Jenna gave me a one hour facial of a life time, including chest neck and head massage I felt like a baby walking out! The detail to everything was really sweet the music, drinks offered and advice about skin care I would recommend to anyone!

Had my brows microbladed/ ombré last week by the lovely Willow. They are healing so perfect and I’m so happy with the results. Her attention to detail is fantastic, spot on. I absolutely love my new brows!! I can’t thank her enough for the incredible job she has done to fix them. It was a really enjoyable experience. The place is so relaxing and I felt so comfortable. A big Thank You to Willow and the ladies you are all so welcoming and kind.Can’t recommend enough.

I had a facial here yesterday. I saw the hydro jelly advert on Facebook and wanted to try it. The salon is very beautiful. Service was on time. Facial was great, really enjoyed the head massage while it was on my skin. Today I have woken up and my skin is brighter which was my main reasoning for going to get one. Will definitely be going back. I really like how simple the online booking system is. I hate having to phone companies especially during business hours while I’m busy working. Convenience is important to me and I’m sure others also, this company offers that.

I recently went in for a facial with Leah. Omg 1 hour of pure heaven. She is incredible. Definitely recommend and will certainly be going back for another.
