The WORST customer service ever. I bought an expensive stone bath (and a towel rail) for a renovation, but once paid for, James was incapable of organising a suitable method to have the bath delivered to my property. I had to organise several men to be available within an hours' notice to help take a 200 kilo bath off the truck - even though there are delivery companies who specialise in this very service and have the right equipment. Ridiculous - they sell baths but can't have them delivered properly - it becomes the owner's problem.VERY VERY stressful. James also failed to deliver half my order, the towel rail, and then tried to hold me to ransom to pay some concocted 'invoice' for additional money for the poorly organised bath delivery. When I went into the shop to collect the towel rail the owner was there, he too was incapable of delivering any customer service and showed no interest as to how I was being treated by his rude worker. My goods were fully paid for yet James refused to allow me to collect the towel rail. With service like this I assume they will be out of business very soon.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE RUDE, USELESS AND VERY DISHONEST. I would have given zero stars if I could.

Great service. Really easy to deal with. I didn't actually buy from James in the end as the options didn't work out for me but I can't speak highly enough of his professionalism, communication skills and willingness to help.

James provides great service, options and goes the extra mile if needed. I have used him for three different projects now and nothing is ever too hard. I can't recommend James enough. So far I have been very happy with his products & recommendations. I know if I was ever to have an issue I could call James up and he would work through the solutions with me.

Starting a renovation project is quite daunting, but the staff at Innovative Bathrooms went above and beyond in assisting me with choosing what would be suitable in my bathroom. The owner is very knowledgeable on not only the products but practical advice on installation and things to look out for. From choosing products to delivery, the process was seamless. I would like to share this extraordinary story.I left a voicemail. James rang back promptly.I asked for an item for my frameless shower screen, he looked it up and sent me a photo promptly.I asked for a price; he checked for delivery and gave it to me promptly.I confirmed the purchase and paid, and it was posted promptly.Bottom line, between my first voicemail and the item arriving home barely 30 hours had passed.Good on you, James! THAT is customer service on steroids.I noticed you make balustrades; I know who I will call for our upcoming balustrade renovation project!

Bought a stone benchtop for our bathroom vanity. The price was great and James was friendly and easy to deal with. The benchtop has arrived and even though we didn't sight the stone beforehand, it is great quality and exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend this business and will be going back to them for our kitchen benchtops.

Electrician installed towel rail which fused. James at Innovative Bathrooms contacted the supplier and within two days I was contacted by an electrician who removed the faulty rail and replaced it with a new one. About the best customer service I have experienced.
