Came all the way from caboolture to get some bolts got here & there closed but there website said they were open till 5 not bloody happy. Up date ya site when yous are shut

Went in today to get 2 bolts. Spoke to a guy in the warehouse. He told me to head into the showroom. I stood there for 10 minutes with the same guy walking around out back looking at me. No other staff around. I left and went to Brisbane fastners which actually had good customer service.

I went into the store this afternoon chasing a couple of bolts for my Navara (to screw back in a light that had come loose).No Nissan dealers had the replacement part but I went into Northside Fasteners not thinking they'd ever have these screws but was greeted promptly, two screws the exact same time were found in about 1 minute with no fuss at all.Great product range and even greater customer service. Thanks so much and sorry I didn't grab the guys name who served me.
