I was very happy with repairs to my switchboard this morning. Ezra from Service Heroes was on time, polite, quick, tidy and professional. He identified a second fault and obtained the parts locally to fix that without the need for a second visit. I have used this company before and would again highly recommend them.

Brian and his colleague from Service Heroes were able to fully rewire all power points for our house in a short amount of time. The work is clean and well done inside and under the house. Brian in particular was excellent with explaining the original problem, a range of solutions and providing peace of mind. Highly recommended

Had issues with our water tank. Was repaired by a friendly gentleman. Initially had small issues with communication but Service Heroes was more than happy to discuss the situation and come to a solution where we were happy and satisfied.. and that’s what you call great customer service! Yes I would use them again in the future.

Had a major blockage from tree roots. Service Heroes did a great job as the access to the drain was very difficult. Took well over an hour just to clear the pipe and then he had to repair other broken sections that had been damaged by roots as well. Very impressed with his work. Fast and efficient. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!

Job was attended the next day, very efficient and great response time. Both Elias and Kosta were fantastic and dealt with a huge job of blocked pumbing/sewerage extremely well and professionally. Very pleasant and detailed in the job requirements, would highly recommend their services.

Our appointment was booked in quickly and easily. Elyas was on time and assessed the job and organized a quote then quickly got to work. Elyas kept us informed of the progress of the job and was a pleasure to work with. Our water was back on that morning and he left the property cleaner than when he arrived. He was fantastic, thank you!

Patrick moved a light switch and installed a new power point. He was very professional and cleaned up after he completed the work. I will use them again.
