I rang in the morning and by early afternoon Zac was here replacing my lock (non urgent). He had a problem as my lock was from the mid 70’s and weirdly placed. Judah arrived to assist within 5’ and a solution was worked out between them.Fantastic service and less expensive than I expected. And the boys were lovely.

Normally would not write a negative review but quoted one price over phone and charged 80% higher at the job. The tradesman that came in was good therefore giving 2 stars.

This guy is a champion. Called at 1:30 in the morning. Arrived within 45 minutes. While the other companies didn't even received the phone.Service was cheaper than my expectation as a very late hour service.

My place got broken into by a disgruntled ex and these guys came to the rescue. They understood my situation was urgent and they sent Judah to re-key my deadbolts instead of buying a brand new lock which saved me hundreds! Thank you guys sooo much!!

I employed Ambassador Locksmiths to install 3 security locks. After my initial inquiry Gordon was very thorough in what was the best solution for my needs. He sent Tim to consult who returned when he said he would and installed 3 locks with assistance of Zac. Tim explained to digital lock and set it up with ease. They left the work area clean and tidy. I am very happy with the job they performed. Will definitely recommend and use agin.Thank you Gordon, Tim and Zac.
