Had an awkward experience with another dealer, but rang the Berwick dealership in a whim about the upcoming EX30. Carissa literally got me into a new C40 car the next day, and I drove it away, fully financed by Raj the next week. Excellent service, addressed all my concerns, made the experience so smooth the car was in my driveway before I knew it.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.We walked in and she dismissed us straight away.Not sure if she was super busy due to her car deliveries and didn’t have time for us or we just got unlucky with the sales person.

The sales guy at Berwick Volvo was warm, friendly and welcoming! However, the lady he referred to as his boss was sending off bad vibes and had no interest in us. When I asked her to book me in for a test drive at 9.30 am for which, the sales guy was absolutely fine with it. However, she told me she could only do 9 am and said that squeezing in her hectic schedule was like she was doing us a favour. I didn't even bother going and didn't receive any follow-up calls either, which shows they don't care, so my friends and I will never purchase a car from Berwick.

We had very good experience with Volvo Berwick. Carissa looked after us on the car delivery and provided regular updates on that. She was quite helpful at the delivery when setting up all. Raj helped us genuinely with the settlement of the car. He went above and beyond to ensure that my needs and preferences were understood and met. I would highly recommend Volvo Berwick to anyone in search of a new vehicle.

Extremely poor experience with the sales executive. We were honest in that we were not 100% happy that their new car was lacking in some features but would like a trade in estimate to help us make a decision. Was advised that a trade in estimate won’t be given as we were ‘unsure’ about the car.Have bought several new cars from several dealerships and have never come across a sales executive so pushy. Will not purchase from this dealership on principle.
