DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I got acrylic with gel and that afternoon they had started to peel off and the shape of my nails were all uneven. I went back to try and receive a refund and they denied even with the awful state my nails were in. I asked to get them all taken off but they refused to do that for free and insisted I paid for them to be removed. Absolutely poor customer service, trust these reviews and don’t go there.

Came in at 2:20 wanting refills and an pedi and was told there would be a 20 min wait and they would call me when to come back. After an hour and 20 mins of waiting around I called to get an update and they told me to come in. Again, I advised them of the services I wanted with a response of “yes yes yes please sit down”. Mid way through my pedi I was told “sorry we can’t do your refills as we are closing soon, come back tomorrow please” and was told to pay before they completed my pedicure. I asked them why they told me they would do a refill when coming into the salon. If I knew they weren’t going to do a refill I would have gone elsewhere. Their only response was “sorry we close at 5 come back tomorrow”. Not what you want to hear when you have plans the next day. As well as this they did a proper **** job on my nails and cut me. This place is just money hungry and don’t care about the quality of the job as long as they get you through the door and get your money. By the way they want cash and don’t have an eftpos machine. Clearly trying to avoid the tax man. lol.Waste of time.

Been coming there since 5 years when needed, I was 34 weeks pregnant and couldn’t come into shop and requested my name to be put on the book as there is always an hour waiting. The lady refused completely and asked me to come physically write my name of diary as walk in at 5pm n then come back again at 630pm around approximately when they call me. With all due respect I requested her I’m heavily pregnant n wanted to do my nails for my baby shower, they just cut my phone.

I have been coming to fashion nail cockburn now for over a year. There are multiple nail salons close to my home but I choose to drive to fashion nail each refill because they are friendly, very professional and always keep a nice clean and calm environment. I will never go anywhere else

This salon I only ever go to when my usual is too busy. Have been here 4 times, took me a while to work out that I’ve ended up with fungal infections of my toenails from here twice. I’ve had two my whole life…both times from here; frequently attend other salons to have my nails painted so quite unusual to get such a high frequency from one place. One time the whole time I was having my nails done someone was arguing with the owner over racism. Not pleasant. If the other salons in the centre are busy next time I’ll go without.

I asked politely to remove the acrylic nails and CLEAN my finger nails as the staff doesn’t say anything she removed my acrylic too fast(rushing) using a clipper and it hurts, she didn’t clean the side or what so ever she just put new nail polish as if she was rushing, didn’t pay attention to customer and acted so rude. She screamed at me to “was your hands in the sink”. I hope that management should do something about it we are paying customers, I didn’t argue because she might be tired or something but it’s not fair to be treated like this.

Worst store ever got my nails done on Thursday evening and by Friday morning the Shellac" was peeling. Use them at your own risk"

DONT waste you time and $...Worst pedicure ever...nail polish looks shocking, patchy and came off ...SO bad ...Worst service from...the person" in charge...rude

Don’t usually get my nails except when there’s occasion. Today’s my third time & I love my nails.☺️
