I had a terrible scratch on the door of my car and was worried it would cost me a fortune to fix. Butclipped assist came to my rescue. They fixed the scratch quickly and for a very reasonable price.

Don’t purchase any service with Clipped Assist. They won’t deliver the service its selling and make any kind of excuses to not solve the issue with consumers.I booked the service on last December and the service hasn’t yet been done (it’s 13 Feb today). They reschedule my booking whenever and wherever. (Changed my appointment and informed me a day before the new appointment or restart the process from the beginning). If you’re not able to be standby for their rearrangements your can won’t be fixed.

I’m very disappointed!The first appointment, I had no issues, everything went smoothly.Now, I’ve been waiting for over a month for someone to contact me to book a technician. In this time, I’ve submitted two claims with no one returning my calls or emails. I’ve already paid for a 5-year service but I’m not too sure if I’ll continue after that. I’ve even contacted my car dealership if they can get in touch with them.- Hi there, again!Please, don’t sugarcoat the situation! I’ve sent your staff and my car dealership records of when I was contacted and how many time I contacted you, which you forgot to mention. I called you on 3/12. Missed your call on 4/12 but followed it up and called you back.I have no record of you sending me emails or calling me prior to that. And I’ve received your emails and phone calls before without any issues.I don’t understand how hard it is to apologise and fix your mistake rather than trying to look good on social media and asking me to take down my review. You didn’t take action until I complained on Google!

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. They quickly fixed the dents on my car, and it looks great now.

Absolutely disappointed!Paid a 5-year service membership only to be told that a minor dent repair and a rim job were “too extensive damage for a mobile repair job”. I was told that I’d have to go to a panel shop for that.I definitely don’t see a point of paying Clipped Assist membership, when it comes to covering t minor damages that HAVE BEEN PAID FOR, the company comes up with all excuses. Stay away from these mob.

I was pleased with the speed and efficiency of the services at this car repair and maintenance shop. They had my car in and out in no time and the work was top-notch.

I am beyond grateful for the excellent service provided. My car looks as good as new after the repairs.
