My baby boy and I recently completed a 1:1 Infant Massage class with Sarah at Ballarat Pregnancy Massage. She was so kind, caring and friendly throughout the entire experience. Sarah provided me with everything needed to continue our infant massages at home including clear written instructions, product and the offer of follow up support as needed. Her gentle encouragement ensured that I as a first time mum left feeling confident in my ability to provide comfort and relaxation to my little one. It was such a lovely opportunity for me to connect with my bub in a positive and supportive environment. Sarah was also very responsive and respectful of my baby’s needs and bodily autonomy. I highly recommend Sarah to other new parents. I am looking forward to booking myself in for a much needed massage too.

I had the most relaxing postpartum massage and facial with Sarah. It was the perfect way to finale my maternity leave. Sarah was extremely professional, comforting and polite.I can’t wait to come back for another remedial massage.

Had a voucher given to me for my baby shower and honestly it was the best gift! Sarah is super professional, and the environment is really calming and soothing. I’m not sure what pressure points/magic/whatever she did but my hips feel the best they’ve felt in months after one session! 36 weeks pregnant for reference.

Sarah was so incredibly lovely and understanding and did absolute wonders for my sore back, hips and neck while pregnant, I would 1000% recommend Ballarat pregnancy massage and I will be continuing to return after my pregnancy also! This was perfect! My partner gifted me the pregnancy bliss package for my birthday at 19 weeks pregnant and it was so enjoyable! I’m used to getting massages that are more sports/remedial style so it was nice to enjoy a head to toe pamper, relax and just enjoy!Sarah is so lovely, her space is beautiful and welcoming, you can really tune out form the outside world. I have a lot of allergies and she was very accomodating in making sure not to use things I would be allergic to. She is very experienced and caring, understanding of a pregnant females body, being a midwife herself, it was nice to talk to her about being a mum (as this is my first pregnancy!). I’ve had quite a lot of hip pain the trigger point release was perfect, I walked out incredibly relaxed and fell asleep on the way home, partner drove of course!I would highly recommend Sarah, and think the pregnancy Bliss massage package would be a wonderful gift to pregnant mumma.Thank you Sarah!

Sarah is absolutely incredible!! I saw her twice while pregnant and have just had my first postpartum massage, 9 days after giving birth! Sarah knows exactly what your body needs and each stage of the pregnancy and postpartum journey, and I cannot recommend her more highly!!
