Extremely rude the couple who own the store. Went in as top up on my opal card did not go through on my account and was very rudely spoken to. I will not be going to Easy Gosford Newsagenty / Post Office and I will be taking my business elsewhere to where I can actually get good and proper customer service. Have put in a complaint with Opal
