My friend and I went there earlier today, and my friend needed to use their bathroom due to having a long term bowel issue. The manager indignantly made a snarky comment to my friend, and then complained that they were on the phone"

Reasonable prices, plenty of parking outside and 5 change rooms. Good place to find a bargain

We were happy to buy a small buffet cabinet. Unfortunately they would not hold it until we could pick it up. I believe a charity should not be picking and choosing what sales they take especially we their are so many families in need we will never return

Great store with plenty of variety, including furniture at great prices. The stand-out though for this store is the Manager, Tim. A lovely man with an amazing attitude and so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him. Highly recommended.

You’re only as good as your volunteers and the three people I’ve spoken with at BSL in Kilsyth have been consistent with their arrogance and rudeness. It speaks to the culture of that outlet and hopefully isn’t indicative of the whole organisation. On the other hand, the people at St Vinnies next door are absolute sweethearts.

This place has great potential, with the big building, plenty of parking, and right next door to another Op Shop. But sadly a lot of its stock is not as good as you come to expect from the bigger Op Shop chains, and what stock they do have that is really good, is way over priced in my opinion. They are still new in this location, so hopefully they will improve over time, but currently there are some better options around (e.g. next door).

A pleasant op shop to visit. Prices are reasonable. There is a turnover of furniture clothing shoes etc frequently. Busy on weekends..parking is just right. Staff are great. If your an op shop person expect to spend no less than hour in here:)

Rude, bigoted and unprofessional management. It was a very uncomfortable experience. When asked about the furniture hold period for pickup, the tall lady with grey hair (assuming she's the manager) was snarky and arrogant from the get go, even though we intended on prepaying the full price. Due to her attitude, there was little trust and caused extra stress when we frantically tried to find someone to help with delivery to meet her 3 days holding period. This is a charity service and no customers should be treated like criminals.

I feel I am wasting my time to write this feedback, nevertheless I need to share our experience in visiting the store. The staff (like others have mentioned in google review) is very rude. I brought my toddler to the store, and she was having a tantrum, and crying inside the store. To my amusement, one of the staff (the tall lady with curly dark grey hair) approached us and straightaway told us off... basically telling us to get out from the store because my daughter is crying, without at least asking what happened to her. Seriously!...... this is no fine dining, art gallery, library or other formal place, it is a 'charity' shop and that lady obviously did not show any compassion and understanding towards my family. Maybe she does not have any child, she does not know what child can do in a bad day, or what it means being a mother. She does not know that my wife has a really bad back pain and at that time she is having a break from carrying my daughter the whole day. Children do cry for your information. That lady could nicely ask us first what happen to our child, without being so rude, judgemental and inconsiderate.. maybe she has a bad day, but there is not an excuse for picking on us who want to support your 'charity' store... I hope the store management read this review and the others' google review, and train whoever works in the store to be more considerate towards others and to show what your organisation truly stands for.
