Massage Indulgence

The setting of the store is very clean with warm towels provided to their customers during the massage process. The staff are professional in their service, making me feel very relaxed after the massage that was provided.Would recommend anyone within the local area to try this place out!

The most inappropriate massage I have ever had in my life. I was told I could not have a refund because I should have stopped the massage halfway through to complain instead of at the end.Would not recommend.

I booked an hour with Trish to do feet and legs. Very professional and very good. Going back again to do my back.

Store front desk reception told us that a 40min foot massage would not include time taken for the foot bath due to the massage taking 20min each leg, upon finishing I noticed that the massage itself was only 30min as our foot bath took ten minutes. If the manager hadn’t told me otherwise I would be fine with this but when I advised her at the end of the massage she kept arguing saying the time was 40minutes as promised and raising her voice to the point of hysterics. I wasn’t asking for anything other than giving feedback, shame really because the massage itself was good however terrible customer service or upselling lies doesn’t leave a good impression at all!

Terrible massage. Worst experience ever. Most painful massage ever experienced in 30 years. Asked to lighten up, told it was for the toxins. Now bruised clavicle/ ribs and other bony prominences. Formalised complaint and photos taken by the license ning board.

I was visiting Hervey Bay & booked & paid in advance for a 1 hour remedial massage. Best massage ever. However the staff member on reception was very distracted & I ended up only having a 30 minute massage with no refund. I contacted the company afterward but my very polite messages have been left unanswered. Great (albeit short) massage but really disappointing customer service at the time & since.

Paid and booked for 2 Aromatherapy massages and confirmed upon arrival, and got a rather mediocre remedial at the best. Visiting town but would have been nice to receive what we had booked and paid for. Neat and tidy and clean.

I got a massage here while on a brief break from Brisbane and was very impressed by how good the masseuse was. I’ve paid way more for massages at home that were nowhere near as good. Very thorough, gave full time and took the time to work through my really tense spots. Fantastic massage overall that left me feeling so much better!

I was denied an hour of remedial massage for $80 but offered a regular oil massage for an hour for $75, I'm in extreme pain, so I needed something done. I only had neck, shoulders and half my back done. I'm normally very happy with the massages I receive from here. But today I paid the $75 for an average massage, and I cannot claim my rebate.
