First time I've been in since it opened. The guy at the counter is rude and I'd rather spend my 150 a week on fuel elsewhere .

Absolutely Terrible petrol station. Horrible customer service, staff are so rude. I do recommend them at all, avoid at all costs. I'll be going to Red Dog Petrol station next door from now on.

The Older Male staff member at Freedom Fuels Kallangur is very rude, sarcastic and snappy. He talks to customers as well as staff member rudely. I think this Male staff member should not be working in Retail as he doesn't no what good customer service is.

Always had lovely service and the staff are friendly. Coffee is great and the store is clean. The forecourt is large and easily maneuverable, with more parking out front than most service stations.There's been issues on facebook with people having issues with the store being so close to Red Dog Petroleum. Please remember that the staff at Freedom have nothing to do with the stores placement. Everyone has a job to do - please remember to be courteous.
