Really great owners and staff. Always very knowledgeable and helpful. Great range of funko pops and other cool pop culture stuff.

I always try and give these guys a chance but today was the last time in the Tuggeranong store. Have the worst customer service and are always rude. They protect their tcg cards like they work high level security for the president. You can’t get help though just told to not touch products. Will never understand having $199 booster boxes out on shelves but gift tins $15 on a shelf to the side of the register and when u go to look they tell you to step back. Lol. It’s $15 mate. Chill. Keep your business to online retailers like Gameology, PCAMart or Gamerholic. They have great prices and deliver to your door much cheaper. They aren’t rude and support collectors. PCA Mart are brilliant with their services and Facebook account giving back to the community. Or even travel next door to EB. They aren’t always cheaper but they price match and the manager and staff at the Tuggeranong are leaps and bounds above these jokers. They’ll not see a dollar off me.

Ordered 12 different pop vinyls that were stated as in stock on the website. I spent 2 hours hand picking these pops. I made payment and my order was then refunded because their website inaccurately represented stock levels. Be careful wasting your time on big orders, because their stock levels are not accurately represented online.

Best place in Canberra for Funko Pops. Have a loyalty card where you get a free one after buying a certain amount, good selection, friendly staff.

Terrible after sales support, my parcel went missing and never arrived. They enquired once to AusPost about the issue and wouldn't procced to further investigate after asking them to do so. I would suggest ordering online at another store, due to shady practices and unwillingness to help when a problem occurs. They just take your money, send a basic it's your fault" support message and ignore you."

These guys are amazing. I rang up Wednesday to check on stock levels on Pokemon Cards, I then ordered and within 24 hours it was on its way to me. Received it the following Monday and it was perfectly packaged and safe. Will be ordering again through this great team again in the near future!!

Really bad customer service, was told we don't sell Magic singles, very rudely and blunt. when i asked where in Canberra can i get some, was told no idea (Don't care attitude). I like Gametraders, use the Parramatta store regularly when i was in Sydney. They sell singles and help you with a smile (10/10 there).Canberra has a bit of soul searching to do. Would not recommend in A.C.T, two other perfectly and well mannered stores i found after a bit of Googling...
