Had a faulty detachable keyboard. Told me that i shouldn't have updated my laptop convertible to Windows 10. Asked for permission to wipe the C drive... The product was then returned to me with a new keyboard. I then advised that the technician didn't fix the seal around the laptop. The Customer Service looked at me as if i spoke another language. I showed the guy the join, where it was suppose to be flush. Told me that it was already there and that AWA does not take responsibility for perceived damage. I was livid, but i explained that it was in the fault report lodge with HP. He did changed his tone, asked the techy to come, then told me to take it up with HP.On a side note, they were very good with keeping you up to date with whats going on.- 25 Oct 2016. A representative from AWA contacted me and has made a real attempt to investigate / resolve the issue. They assigned a case number and promptly contacted me of this. In hindsight, i should be equally angry with HP. But the original Customer service rep certainly didnt help. But kudos to AWA for taking such a concern to customer feedback.
