Where do i start when I couldn’t recommend a business anymore than relaxation and recovery… they have the Most beautiful staff ever!! and the services are magnificent even down to the choice of tea and biscuit whilst waiting along with the chats that fill you with love hope and joy! The ladies go out of their way (and im sure their paid expectations) to ensure you feel safe, supported and cared for. I couldn’t recommend a better place except for there to more places like this. The services are brilliant and when you’re not in a good place mentally, emotionally and physically STILL GIVE IT a go!! I did and i was so grateful that i did . The Feeling of HOPE covered me the moment I walked in the door- that cant be bought. so for me these wonderful, lovely, kind ladies have helped me on my journey and continued to check in with me despite not being ableTo Make many of my appointments . I have lost a lot of loved one’s over the last 12 months and the ladies were such a big part of getting through the grief and loss. Cant wait toCome back (im coming to visit today)

Today I combined a massage with my float. Oh my goodness talk about a magical combination. The massage therapist was amazing. By following up with a float it took my float to the next level.

I went for a 'float', my pain was an 8 or 9 out of ten in lower left back (been there for 6 months or so, X rays and every other test; Dr gave me pain killers had little relief) two hours or so after float I suddenly realised that the pain was a 1 or so out of ten. Now 5 days later it is still 1/10. Fantastic result. Tomorrow I am going for an Oxygen hour. I am not young and need every bit of help I can get to keep on teaching/dancing Argentinian tango. Well done Steve.

11wks I had a total kneereplacement, my knee has been quite swollen and I have been in pain. So I thought I would try the hyperbaric chamber. I was told I may not feel or see any results immediately or may notice slight changes.Wow wow wow I have had amazing relief the swelling/pain has subsided, I just can’t believe it! I am looking forward to my next visit! 11/10

Andrea provided excellent service! It was our first time in a float tank and her knowledge and customer service made the experience that much better.

Amazing first experience in the Hyperbaric Chamber. As a first timer I was a little hesitant about the process. Wendy talked me through the process and I ended up having a great session. I’ll be back for more in the near future.
