Whitsunday iPhone Screen Repairs

A big thanks to Dan. He saved my holiday from being ruined by completing a same day service so i could take wonderful pictures on my phone for my holiday in the whitsundays. My phone wasn't charging so he replaced the charge port. Great customer service highly recommend.

I rang this company with a problem with my iPhone . The gentleman was on the road when he took my call. He listened to my problem and talked me through it all within a minute. Problem solved. I had a water damaged phone and called up Dan in which I was astounded with the quality of customer service I received. He came and collected my phone from my hotel and fixed what looking like a disaster, all whilst returning my phone within 24 hours in practically brand new condition for a great price. He was able to answer my questions with clarity and made me feel so welcome as a customer. I would 100% recommended Dan over any other repair store in the Whitsundays due to the exceptional service I received as well as his pricing and knowledge exceed all other stores. It’s amazing how the work of one man can make your day and trip so much better, so if a 10 star review was possible, this store would get it. Incredible

What an amazing service Dan provides. We were holidaying on Hamilton Island and unfortunately broke an iphone in 2 pieces with a cracked screen, and the only option was to get it fixed at Airlie, a 2 hour ferry trip away, essentially losing a day of our holiday and the cost of the ferry and ubers, which are not cheap. I phoned Dan and he organised for us to send it on the ferry as freight, he picked it up from the ferry in airlie, took it back to his office, repaired it, and then dropped it back to the ferry where we picked it up again on Hamilton Island. All of this happened in half a day, with regular updates from Dan, photographs of the fixed phone. It was safe, affordable & just so convenient. Thank you so much Dan, really appreciated. 10/10.

I took my phone in as a walk-in after my phone breaking whilst on holidays in Airlie. Dan had the screen replaced within 30 minutes. He was quick, professional and had great customer service. Incredible service! My phone was in a pretty bad state after a Whitsundays boat trip and I had some time to kill in Airlie Beach before travelling to Noosa. Within an hour of contacting Daniel, he had provided me with a quote, collected my phone from Airlie Lagoon and brought it back in half an hour. Perfect condition - thanks so, so much!
