Friendly, service oriented staff who are always happy to help - or just leave you in peace to enjoy your holiday. Properties are always top notch with all the things you need - esp if you want a self catering apartment.

I cannot speak highly enough of Utopia Rentals and both Cate and Laura. Their communication and service before we arrived at Noosa was great. We picked the keys up after hours, which was easy. We had some issues with the accomodation and Laura was able to sort it out fairly quickly, and with a smile. They really understand that their clients are here for a holiday and want to make the most of their time. We will definitely be using Utopia Rentals in the future.

Recommend Utopia highly. Excellent customer service, and special mention to Cate for continually going above and beyond for us and our stay. Will definitely be contacting Cate again to book our next stay in Noosa!

Very happy with our stay in Pergian beach at 2/19 Jacana Street.The property was magnificient and had all amenities needed.Short walk to the beach and Noosa is just a 10 minute drive.Very happy with the service of Peregian Beach Holiday rentals.We're looking forward to another stay later in the year.

Cate and her team have managed our property for the past two years with professional, reliable care. Communication and customer service is always of a high standard and we are very confident in their management of our home for holiday rentals.

Our experience of Utopia Rentals is excellent our accommodation was not without its faults and hopefully the feedback given on leaving will go in some way to rectifying these minor issues. One major issue we experienced was due to the conduct of individuals in a neighbouring apartment which was dealt with efficiently and professionally by Cate, she made sure it didn’t spoil the holiday.

Truly the nicest real estate people we’ve dealt with in Noosa.…professional, flexible, and caring. We rented Wai Cocos 1 for the week and could not have been happier with the service and the amenities. Highly recommended!!

This was my family's second stay at 21 Wesley Court. As enjoyable as the first time. The property is immaculate, in a stunning position and property Manager, Cate is exceptional. Highly recommend both this property and Utopia Rentals! Will definitely be back!

Our trip to Noosa this time was spur of the moment.and found an apartment through Utopia. Because we were travelling with our dog I contacted them directly to check on a few things.Cate on reception was my contact and what a delightful person to deal with. The communication was fabulous and all my questions we’re answered. We even got a text in the morning to say our apartment was ready to go if we wanted to check in early. Very thoughtful as she knew we were travelling a fair distance to get there. Arriving to pick up the keys I was welcomed by Cate she quickly got everything together for me and we were on our way. But not before she came out to our car to meet our dog who was parked out front of the office. You could tell Cate loved her job she was brilliant. Next visit to Noosa I will be dealing directly with Utopia as it has been a wonderful experience. Thank you the apartment is fabulous but I will review that separately Yaringa
