No opening hours on web page for Xmas break. No opening hours on web for normal trading. I wasted a trip of 40km because they were not open

Useless you keep chasing things up nothing is done,, orders sit as quotes for ever , even after payment is made.This has now happened twice.Expecting a call to pick things up, but nothing is done.Office staff seem to just blame another department.Not happy
